Worst experience possible in every single way !!! Why even respond with your contact info when you know you guys ain't going to do nothing about it. I got about 1% chance that you guys going to pay for everything you guys damage. By the looks of your insurance clause you guys ain't covering anything. Staff sucks. Only one elavtor works half of the time. You get stuck in the storage if never comes down. You guys call but never leave a voice mail. Quick to add fees and raise the monthly rate. Not to mention make changes to contract that i never agreed to but have to go by. Like i said worst business experience ever. Can't even belive you guys are in business

When I first rented a unit the service was ok. I believe they have sold the storage or something because they don't even answer the phone anymore. I want to talk to a person!
