El Pollo Loco is my absolute favorite but I've had enough of this particular location and this is why I'm giving 3 stars. This is the 3rd time in a row that I order several Pollo Bowls and they give me dark meat or de-boned shredded chicken from the previous day. When I order a Pollo Bowl I expect to see fresh nicely diced chopped chicken breast. Very disappointed to say the least, also in the taste. I can taste the difference in the dark chicken and it is definitely not what I was looking forward to. I removed the so called chopped chicken breast from my bowl and replaced it with a chicken breast that I had ordered. I was frustrated at this point and did not want to return to the store for them just to tell me that they had ran out of chopped chicken breast, like they've told me before. I gave them several chances but enough is enough. I took pictures so that you can see what I'm referring to, breast meat is white not brown. You can judge for yourself. This location needs to do better.
