Went to get my boyfriends hair dreaded and they took hours to see him even though we made an appointment then two of the employees start arguing and are always on their phone then in the middle of doing his hair she just stops to eat doesn’t wash her hands just tried to start doing his hair again we had to ask to wash her hands they are dirty the place smells bad and they are rude to most customers when you walk in they just say “sit” like you’re a dog it’s very crazy to me

Very unprofessional, asked/told the lady several times the way that I wanted my dreads done, and she still did it the way she wanted it, she started interlocking my hair without asking me, I told her several times that I get the sides and back braided, she combed it into my dreads and interlocked them, then she did 2 uneven braids to the back, after I asked her to do 5, I called and complained, to the manager, she asked me to come back so she could fix it, but I'm so disgusted by the unprofessional behavior that I will just eat the $122.00 that I paid, plus my appointment was for 5pm, she said let me eat first, didn't get started until 540pm, before starting my hair the guy hair that she did before me, told her that he wasn't satisfied with his hair, and walked out of tge shop, she followed him to the parking lot, begging to be paid, he threw $25 at her and said that's all that you're getting, she hut his car, then he pulled a gun on her, she ran into the building, and the other stylists told her to never do that again, she also got into a loud argument with another stylist in there, in front of several customers, and one of the other stylists had her young daughter running around the shop screaming and carrying on like a wild animal, this place is a horror story, I had to wait 45 minutes for a dryer to get available, 8 clients in the shop booked at the same time knowing that they only have 2 dryers, everyone please stir clear of this place
