Had our 30th Anniversary Event on 7/9/22. We’d asked mgmt to turn air to low temperature so that it would be cool/cold the day of. They said HPD would have the key to adjust the temp if needed. When HPD came they said the office did not leave the key. We were all hot and sweating and we ended our event because of how HOT it was in Illusions. Also, when our caterer came they had to kill SEVERAL ROACHES in the kitchen so nothing would go wrong. The day of the event an older woman was mopping with no strength to clean the floor. This place should have been cleaned immediately after their previous event. That’s the reason why they have ROACHES in the kitchen. When people pay all that money certainly cleanliness and air comfortability should be a priority to the customer since it means nothing to Illusions. Illusions can roll back the camera’s to see that we were hot and can see the kitchen area too. Shame on y’all. All of guest not have seen the ROACHES but they certainly couldn’t understand why we could not adjust the temp and HPD/security was supposed to help. Fix this mess!!!

Nice place, conveniently located in the nook of what was once a small shopping center. Visited this place for a graduation party and it turned out well. Parking wasn't a problem and everything was great.
