I wish I would have seen reviews before my daughter booked and trusted this venue with her wedding. Our Wedding planner, that was recommended by this venue, and she also had issues with communication and scheduling with venue manager, so I went to owner and she backed him up and tried to explain everything away. Come the day of my daughter's wedding, neither the venue manager or the owner I spoke with were present and the ordered food ran out before they could feed all of our guests, and the quality of the food was less than what was promised and presented at our food tasting meeting with them. I felt it was a bait and switch on the food and no explanation as to why the food was such poor quality and how they could have run out of food for our guests. I am beyond disappointed for my daughter and my guests who traveled from out of state, as well as those local guests from our own Houston energy corridor, for this special occasion. Heads up, nice views, good presentation to sell you, but they failed when it counted and there were many warning signs which we should have listened to, but we chose to trust in them. I am still waiting for our wedding planner, "Set in Stone Events", to find out why they ran out of the food and the quality and taste was so poor in contrast to our food tasting meeting. I will post here as soon as wedding planner is returned a response to our inquiry.😢

My husband and I attended a wedding on Sunday, May 22, 2022. We valeted our car and my husband's glasses were stolen from the vehicle. Before contacting the venue, we searched the house for the glasses, knowing that my husband wore the glasses on the ride to the venue. When we did speak with someone at the venue for a resolution we received sarcastic, belittling remarks.
