I was supposed to pick up a package there the lady said there was no package the ups driver dropped it off because he couldn’t find my address the lady started to yell at me for no reason she started to foam threw her mouth with her syliva I reported her did you know she found my package and told me I can never pick up my package there when it was ups error .. then the man did not say nothing but to tell me to leave . They should replace them they are not business material very rude and unprofessional The lady shouldn’t work there nor the man I say replace them both

Not good. Went to return an Amazon purchase via UPS drop off. The staffer had me cancel my return to prepare a mailing label. Then he said I would need to pay $3.55 to print out there. When I questioned this (as it's supposed to be a free drop off option) he got very rude, asking me if I don't expect to get paid to go to work. He should have told me that his location charged to process the return once he saw the skew code. Very, very rude service, and I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to overpay for poor service.
