I went in to pick up the GW5 Pro, which I ordered online, and it was a very smooth process. I wanted to trade in my old watch and I was told it'd be a 45 minute wait since there was a waiting list. The gentleman was helpful in offering an appointment. After waiting 20 minutes, I was helped by Natalie. She was extremely helpful and personable. I was out in 10 minutes with no issues.

I initially wrote a long detailed account, but all you need to know is the staff is rude and just looking to make the sale. Your interest and welfare is not their interest. One girl actually said to me when I asked a basic setup question: "we don't do that anymore call Customer Service". Alexis that sold me my phone was polite

not here, this store can retrieve business account information not consumers you would need to call the customer service representative 's 800 number for this technical support because being a consumer it bogs down and freezes their computers because they are all outdated and not able to hand heavy searches like the 800 technicians can.
