Great value, staff, and location! I lived in Radcliff House for just a year, and I would have stayed longer, but I was moving to another country. The property manager, Ryan, is fantastic! She even contacted me a year after I moved away to see how I was doing. The grounds and building are well-maintained, and it's tucked away among the trees for a nice secluded feeling, while also still being within walking distance of SEPTA.

I lived in a one bedroom apartment for 12 months and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. The staff is extremely accommodating and willing to help with any inquiries I had. The apartment was very clean and the building itself is well-kept. My parking space was conveniently located right outside my apartment and there were never any issues with it. Ryan and the rest of the staff deserve utmost praise for the way in which they treat each resident in the building. I absolutely recommend Radcliff House.

Saw the apartment today and it was good minus the fact limited parking . Management is swell but has room for improvements.
