Most of worker just standy there guard the counter. Could not answer nor solve any problems , question. Once you walk in there they will tell you to call customer service. I thought they are customer service ?!

I was with the company back when it was TWC. A few weeks ago I called to transfer my service to a new location and found out that my account was canceled instead. I don't find it a coincidence that my account was canceled after I refused all the upsale items the rep kept trying to sell me. And on top of that, they told me that I would have to open up a new account as a new customer and enroll in new services $20 more than what I was originally paying. 5 representatives, transfer after transfer and 2 hrs later, they were only willing to give me a one-time $5 discount off my plan for THEIR mistake and for the inconvenience of having to sign up again as a new customer. If their plan wasn't the cheapest, I would have taken my service elsewhere. They don't deserve my business.

Walked in August 14 and no one acknowledged me. Ean was standing there doing absolutely nothing. I stood there for 5 minutes and still did not greet me. Once I realized I had to check in, which he could have instructed me to do so. Ean then decided to help others before me knowing that I was there first. Once he realized he couldn’t avoid helping me he could not figure out how to return the devices. Ean is absolutely confused on how to do basic things and definitely doesn’t know how to greet customers. Spectrum can expect to keep losing customers regularly if they do not train their employees better. They didn’t even go off of the check in list so I really don’t understand the point of the check in process. I feel discriminated against and I can thank Ean for that. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets fired.
