A lil long on prep, but was thoroughly professional, if just a bit too professional, no bed side manner with 1 of the nurses, but that might have been my not liking to expose myself of my genitalia, when it was my wrist being operated on. I have scars that I'm embarrassed abt! But everything went fine, just had a difficult time coming out of anesthesia.

Yes. It depends on what floor you get your health services from. Validation is provided at the desk in the lobby for some floors. For the 2nd floor you have to get it on that floor.
