I have had mixed experiences with the medical personnel. But generally, my interactions with staff have been average or even positive, in certain instances. However, the administrative and billing departments are not patient friendly. Invoices cannot be properly explained and communication was poor. Lab results were not confirmed and treatments were not effective. I recommend alternative medical systems compared to this one.

Disappointed.. I suffer pain in both hands back and neck... leg spasms for years. imagine explaining to the doctors you're in lots of pain agony and how this effects basic day to day activities ...i loss my last job because of the pain they still couldn't treat it..so they repeat the same test ..mri ..xrays..over and over , expensive my bill is more than 25k nothing is resolved. they tell u we don't know what more they can do and then treat u like you're the problem all these issues are just in your head treat u but u as a patient still in pain u just want to cry. Its exhausting and iam past the point of frustration

The OBGYN’s that are affiliated with NorthShore are awesome. But NorthShore overall as a medical network absolutely sucks. Can’t talk to the doctors office, waiting time at the hospital is horrible and when you approach them with a question on how much longer, they make you feel like you committed a crime. Dr Ashby and Dr Yeager, if you ever see this, please leave this horrible medical network. You and your patients deserve better.
