This place is mainly for people who are homeless and have no home or family support after being discharged from the hospital. This place is literally just for someone to have a roof over their heads and that is all. I had to take my grandma out because she was never given her medication nor was she given her oxygen mask having it next to her bed. She ate because we took her outside food and that is all. At nights she was never helped out thank God she never fell. This is honestly a nightmare place! Staff is friendly but not useful.

I've been here one week and I'll be posting periodically. Everybody has been so nice, so laid-back, and so informative so forget the one-star reviews. They keep the place very clean the housekeeping staff is just as nice as the rest of the people that I've met. They are very serious about people who are requesting physical therapy as I am and Sarah, the social worker, has met all of my needs. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is, number one, nobody's perfect and number two the food is nothing to write home about. But I'm not here for the food I'm here for the physical therapy and wound care and as of now I am sleeping like a baby at night and waking up early to another beautiful day.

I am so petrified of this facility. My grandfather was put here over a week ago and on the first night no one even bothered placing a catheter he needed, or tending to his bathroom needs. He has not received the physical therapy he was promised, after the amputation of his leg last month. A few days ago he had an accident at night and he had to lay in his feces until the morning, regardless of us calling and asking them to help him multiple times. Now he has caught COVID, despite being vaccinated. It shows how dangerous this place is, especially for immunocompromised or weak elderly people. We deeply regret allowing the hospital to send him to this nightmare place, we have been working hard to get him out of there while he is still alive. We hope he will survive this, because the living conditions at this facility only reduce the chance of people's survival and mental strength. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE, they are will be at risk and they will be constantly neglected.
