It only gets a star because it is a roof over my family's head this holiday season. But like others have said the STAFF is very unprofessional. It must be nice to be able to make personal phone calls all day at work (company phone and personal phone) even when residents need help or need to ask a question. They dont tell you everything expected from you during you intake we found out by getting made a fool out of or by getting written up for something we didnt know about. We are required to wear masks everywhere even to get our food but they can walk around maskless and SERVE US FOOD MASKLESS! The bathrooms are locked and there's 1 key for the all the bathrooms per floor woth families that have young kids and pregnant women and medical issues.Cant use the kitchen unless its a meal time and you cant have any snacks updtais so if you dint have a car you have to go out in the cold to eat anything they basically want my wife to commit Fraud with the state to save them money on funding. I have more but thats all im gonna share if you need a place to stay go for it just dont expect any respect.

Case worker tried to threaten me. 3 square meals taste like hail food. They dont lock no door, they steal your draws when they can. They will call child protective services on you if you have kids. I dont know why anyone would bring their kids here.
