Court opens at 9am and I call at 9:02am to reschedule a court date and no one picks up. All I hear is "our phone lines are busy please call at later times??? How your phone lines are busy in 2min before your phone lines are busy??? Been calling 7 times a day no answer..

Edited: Originally 1 star. After SEVERAL attempts to get a hold of someone, and talking to few people in the department someone called me back and gave me an answer. It is still frustrating that I had to go through bunch of people to get an answer. I was originally told there is only 1 person who can answer my question, but apparently there is someone else that can haha, just glad I got my question answered.

Call the clerks office where you went to court at and they'll be able to direct you further.
Sorry I never got back to you but for anybody else its njmcdirect.com. you need the ticket number, court ID, and the license plate number to search for your ticket. There is a service fee for paying online..3%..something like that. Any ticket that doesnt require a court appearance can be paid this way
I'm an attorney....I'm there for Court every Thursday.... you may pay with cash or debit.....you are also able to pay online.
