Newest news: Pitching machines are supposed to be fixed. Took a very long time to get them back up and running. Still concerning that it took so long to repair. Not sure about this company yet read old review for elaboration. 2 months ago: Pitching machines are not functioning and have been down for a long while. So long that all three machines are no longer working.Asked the front desk and they blame corporate saying they put a ticket in for repair. Tried calling corporate but there is noone answering any of the extensions for over a month now. I will most likely be canceling membership since one of the biggest perks to the membership is batting cages. Don't use this facility unless you need an indoor place to play catch or use the tees.

Used to love coming here. Unfortunately, they're no longer interested in the softball crowd. All three cages are down (two for months) with no repairs in sight. Keep saying it's this or that...that parts haven't been ordered, that it's a new system, that corporate hasn't gotten it done...on & on. Not the least bit bothered by wasting customers' time. Have made at least three trips since Feb. No note on the door, nobody greeting customers, etc. Hope to be able to revise the review at some point. Also, hope to not have to track down management in the office to hear the newest excuse. It's very disappointing.

Great place to pick up some swings. Not as nice as Arlington D-bat, but good enough to hit a ball around.

do you have to set a reservation for the batting cages

People are suppose to rotate every 10-15 mins, but sometimes you may go when a whole team is up there for batting cages. Just depends on when you go, but no, you don't have to reserve. You pay like $10.50 for unlimited hits that day.
