The service was great.. They found wat i needed. All i can say is.. Melvin and the gentleman that helped me also was very helpful. But really ty...today didn't have what i was looking for. Today an associate of Lowes his name was Brad. Was not very helpful, told me where to go and said he would be right there to help after he helped someone else. There was a lady in the area and he helped her. Then left. After 25 minutes ,i went and ask if someone could find somebody to help me. Then luckily stephan was there and helped me. Then out from breakroom comes Brad. If he didn't want to help me he could have said so. But thanks to stephan i will return back here.

The pro side and lumber department are always willing to help me... I've got bad shoulders and need help getting lumber sometimes.. never a problem with getting help. At 0600 today the employees seemed to be enjoying their job. AC was missed marked there was no problem with honoring the displayed price.

Seem to find a larger assortment of products than at the other big box store. Staffing still hard to find but that is a problem at both the stores. Wish they had call boxes instead of needing to hunt someone down.
