OMYGOSH! I took my 17-year-old long hair chihuahua there for the first time and they did a fantastic job!! I'd been searching for a really great dog groomer since he's well up in years and finally found Poodle Town USA!!!

This is not okay, this why am warning others. I usually have my dogs Appointment early but for some reason my furbaby's always get pushed till almost closing time. Its unacceptable, My dogs gotta eat and ect. Not stay in a cage for 7.30hrs or longer, also not to be ready when picked up? I feel like the groomer always rushed they're haircut just to hand them over and get paid. I will not be coming back this is the 3rd time it happens I really wanted to try but i was wrong. Also always check you're fur baby's body to make sure there's no cuts.

Cut my Yorkies face to Short asked for a round face on both of my dogs and didn't get it. Then he told me that my Yorkie was not a silky Yorkie. I was really upset. Called my seller that I bought the dog from and she denies that. I was really hurt over that. Paid $2,800 for hin.
