We called Buzz Custom Fence for an estimate to replace around 180ft of fence as well building a Retainer wall around 140ft of the fence. Buzz was our first fence company to respond and the sent a salesman to give an estimate. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He had go ideas and committed to us a proposal with two days. 5 days later no follow up. I called our salesman and he said he had been busy. He scheduled a 9:30am appointment the following Monday. Monday came and went. No call, text, or email from the salesman or Buzz. 5 days later still no follow up. We have committed to another Fence. I'm just worried about what happen to the salesman, since first impression was he would follow up in a timely matter
