Well look I don't know what legal age limit except for hardship ... hohimver they keep teasing us with implementing apprenticeship programs. The owner us progressive perhaps a trial ?We need apprenticeship programs where an older experienced person teaches the trade thereby eliminating college tuition and gaining experience thereby knowledge thereby power why not explore apprenticeship programs. If you are familiar it's something that has been tossed about in the air from time to time for political use....so the answer is....I do r know but in a perfwct world he could aquire aporentiship somewhere...whereever
