Great space. Huge fire pits to gather with friends. Adirondack chairs are on point. Environment is 10 out of 5. Beer is solid! I had a fresh hop IPA and a nitro porter. Both were decent. Better than I can brew for sure, but I’m not in the bustling beer business. Just need a hint more backbone to make the beers memorable. All told- would come back 100 times and enjoy it every time.

Payette never fails to impress. I can't say enough good things about them. Things I adore: lovely beertenders, solid permanent food truck, snacks, large outdoor area, beautiful architecture, spacious interior, ample parking, outdoor fire pit big enough for 10 or more (with rim to sit food/drinks on). And one of the best kept secrets, is the upstairs lounging area that overlooks the brewery floor. I hate sharing that, as it's my special place. But there it is. Enjoy :-)
