Fantastic experience from the first visit through the installation. We had laminate planks installed and the rooms look beautiful. The salespeople were not pushy at all and were very informative. The installers were efficient, knowlegeable and very careful with moving the furniture. They also cleaned up and didn't leave a trace of the installation trash. I will definetely be using this company again for my flooring needs.

This was a very painful experience. We were having wood flooring installed in a small bedroom and closets. The owner came to measure and quote. He was professional and personable. When it came time for installation, everything fell apart. The installer was late, an hour later he left to get a tool he forgot, he returned after 3 hours, worked for 50 minutes and then said another tool broke and he couldn't work any more. The next 2 days were more of the same, plus he was a complete slob with glue and tracked it all over our house, which we had to clean before it dried. He was either inept or inexperienced and quite disrespectful of our home. He laid the floor in our large closet, beginning and ending with 1/2" strips. We had been in touch with the owner each day and on the 3rd day, we insisted someone qualified complete the job. They sent another installer who was experienced, polite and neat. In the end, this was quoted as being a 2 day job that took 5 very stressful days. We had to have the closet company come and install a toe kick to hide part of the mistakes the first installer made. The total cost of the floor was $4800, and only after my saying something, did they discount the bill by $200. We have had many contractors, installers and repair people in our home over the years and never had an issue. This was awful.

Face coverings are required when inside the showroom. Samples can be handled by customers, however we ask you to not put them back into the displays. This allows for an employee to sanitize the samples prior to placing them back into the displays. Samples can be taken home by the customer and when returned the samples are sanitized again.
We have access to the Down Under area rug pad from Karastan which would be great under your oriental area rug. We do not stock this product, but can order in the size needed for your specific area rug. Please stop by the showroom to see a sample of this area rug pad.
