Dr. O is very good & cordial. I could not keep seeing her as I'd been laid off, & they do not take Medical, unfortunately. But she did a decent job.

I am a nurse, wife and a caregiver of a physically and mentally disabled man. We have been to multiple dentists and I have probably called most of the offices in the area trying to find a dental team that can understand our needs and how his dental issues are complex in nature including more than just a "healthy mouth." From start to finish we received the best all round care. I first must thank Lilly at the front desk for understanding the nature of our problem and directing us appropriately through a dental emergency on a Friday. They had us in by Monday morning and Dr. Ogen made sure our treatment plan included a thorough interview with the caregiver to get a comprehensive understanding of the patient's needs. We were not rushed, we did not have to share our time with 3 other patients. She gave us the time we needed and demonstrated compassion and understanding that I had yet to see in this profession. As a new patient we were not told "the dentist is booking out through end of June." We have been given a referral to a surgeon in the area, antibiotics and a patient and family agreed upon plan moving forward. I couldn't be more relieved! I plan on moving the whole family to Lakeside dental and will highly recommend them to anyone looking (especially those that care for Alzheimers or dementia family members.

I was searching a new dentist around the bay, and many good ones were booked out. Luckily I found Dr. Ogan! She was super professional, sweet and fun. Her staff Nyda was also very gentle and patient. You can definitely feel the passion of practicing dentistry from Dr. Ogan. She did the cleaning herself and explained every question I had. It’s a cleaned boutique dental office with nice background music selections. :) Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Elena Ogan if you are looking for a new dentist around the Sacramento area (worth the drive!). FYI, Dr. Ogan is in network with Delta Dental PPO & Premier.
