My family has had NOTHING but fantastic care at the outpatient center! From the moment a family member was referred I went in with the paperwork and asked what else I needed to do. Everyone was kind, caring, and interested in helping us move forward. The staff had paired my family member with the perfect therapist and I am so very grateful for Dr. Vogel. She has increased the amount of therapy given when needed and lessened it when my family member is doing better. Dr. Vogel is very much cared for by my family member and they even love the staff in the waiting room. My family member was also referred to Dr. Shirk. I was told it would take a long time to get in with her. I was shocked that she got my daughter in her schedule less than a month from when their PCP put in the order. She is not as personable as Dr. Vogel, but I have nothing but good things to say about her and her office staff. When I needed a written letter for my daughter to take to school, they got it to me within 2 days of me completing the things I needed to complete. They were flexible to switch to a virtual appointment when my daughter was sick. I am personally incredibly grateful and pleased with the care my family has received! My family has not experienced inpatient care, so I can't speak for that side. But I wanted to make sure people know that the outpatient clinic is nothing like the reviews at least from what I have experienced.
