Pizza is phenomenal but they are pretty much a take out restaurant at this point. They have eliminated virtually all of their indoor seating and they have one picnic table outside. Groups over 6 are out of the question. Plan on getting it to go.

It is very rare that I will ever give a perfect five star rating as perfect is almost impossible to achieve. However the Blind Onion Pizza and Pub deserves absolutely every one of these Stars. Great friendly staff, a very welcoming simple atmosphere and fantastic Pizza. If you're looking maybe to have a casual business meeting you could easily do it at the blind Onion on Northeast highway 99 in Hazel Dell. A great little get to know you lunch date this would be the place to be. If you are craving mad delicious flavorful Pizza don't go anywhere else!
