The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and was a pleasure to interact with. However, the nurse who took my vitals was not very friendly and had a terrible attitude also when I asked questions she was short and unresponsive at times. The doctor was very informative and very easy going.

This place is very unprofessional, I do not recommend anyone goes here for any type of medical attention. The wait times are ridiculous and staff can be very dismissive and rude!

When I was Thier I had an on the job injury so I really couldn't tell you or give you advice outside of an on the job injury. I can tell you if you call that you might be on hold for awhile because its a very busy Concentra. Especially every morning. The staff is really nice and try thier best to make it as smooth as can be, but the doctors are so so. Hope this helps.
I'm not sure, I only go there when work sends me so they're footing the bill. I e never had to make any transactions myself. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
