Incompetent, lazy staff. Also, would not honor appointment time even tho they were still open for 20 more minutes. 🙄 Never a good experience here...or any quest for that matter.

Worst quest I've been too had an appointment at arrived at 7:50, stood in line for twenty minutes to use there self kiosk signed in and now late and need to reschedule if only the girl behind the desk knew how to check patients in with appointments

I have been doing my bloodwork at this location for quite sometime now for Stanford and when i went in today i did not have a mask the lady at the desk would not provide me a mask . I tried to sign in and it asked for me to make an appointment . I tried to ask the young lady at the desk if i do need an appointment for a blood work test and she rudely said" i can not talk to you or answer any questions till you have a mask on". Needless to say i will communicate this over to Stanford hospital and look for a new place to do my bloodwork through. I have no problem with wearing a mask if thats what they require but there was no need to be rude and treat me like that.
