Competent, helpful, and knowledgeable about all things computer. I needed a fan replaced on my laptop, which they accomplished satisfactorily. They advised me on future laptop purchases, which I will definitely take into account in the future. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend for any computer needs! Great communication, honest, and very helpful. My old laptop had a problem with the DC input and after trying to replace the part still wouldn’t work, but they were able to save all my files and set me up with another laptop at a great price.

How large of a dog? :) I would just take it into the shop, they will either fix it or refer you to someone who can. They do not charge for just asking questions.

An update went wrong or the registry broke or something and every attempt I've made to reinstall, reset, repair the operating system has been met with issues. Do you have exorcism and/or sentient computer murder services for cheap?

They do have PC exorcism services! They can fix nearly any conceivable PC issue!

daughter using Dell laptop for online high school. Less than year and it has slowed . If this is basic, clean, sweep viruses, general maintenance and it is brought in and picked up what should I expect price wise

Hi Andrea, We have a few different service rates to suit your needs. $75/hr for a 3-5 day turnaround, $95/hr for next day pickup and $125/hr for same day service. For simple cleanups rarely is more than one hour of labor needed and we'll happily provide suggestions to speed up the machine.
