Amazing movie selection as well as ways to see them. Staff has always been super helpful. Food is hot and drinks cold. Does have a bar. Popcorn has never been stale and candy never melted. Would give them more stars but max is 5.

Except for movies, all the stalls are closed. But the location is awesome, it sits right next to the ohio river. If you are early you could enjoy a walk along the river or at the pruple people bridge.

Went to the last showing of Jackass at 8:40 pm. I got there at about 9:00 because my car got stuck in the snow. By the time I got there the doors were locked from the stair entrance and escalator entrance. Fortunately I was able to get ahold of my friend who was already there and let me in. When I went to order popcorn and drink (my essentials for a movie) I was disappointed to see they had already stopped popping popcorn. They should at least leave it going through the end of the last scheduled showing for people who still want to order and get refills. After that, the drink I got from the Coke freestyle machine was very flat and not flavorful. The past few times I’ve been there, the counters where you get straws, napkins, drinks, lids, etc was filthy. You should probably have someone scheduled to wipe it down or clean it up some every once in a while. For how expensive going to the cinema is nowadays, I wish the service, cleanliness and overall quality would be better. I’ll be looking to go to different cinemas in the future when possible.

I only visited here on a holiday trip. It was Thanksgiving day and I believe that to be the reason it was not crowded almost at all. This place is in a very nice upscale looking mall. The theater itself is basically an open concept so it looks nice and spacious. The auditorium we were in was the Dolby Theater and it's such a great experience if you've never been in one. The picture and sound quality are so good. Overall this location itself is nice. Though the staff were just ok. Nobody was rude or anything but I was definitely nothing to rave about. The food selection here is limited at the time of writing due to Covid-19. So I can only review the base items like popcorn and nachos which are average. Nothing stellar. I would definitely recommend this location if anything for the viewing experience itself.
