Solid place to live! Been living here for over 5 years now and there has never been any trouble. Guest parking is hard to find (and reserved spots are pretty tight, but there is plenty of parking spots in front of the complex to use if none are available inside. Laundromats are somewhat pricey (2.00 per wash; 1.75 per dry). Staff is very friendly and does repairs within a days notice if needed. Overall would recommend. There are many small children around the complex during the day, so just beware of that while driving through. The soda vending machine near the office does not always work, so don't be surprised. The pool is open for about 3-4 months during the summer annually and there are about 4-5 laundromats around the complex. Codes for gates, laundromats, and the fitness room change nearly every month. Overall, its a very solid place to live.

ZERO STARS! ROTTEN EGGS! This is a horrible place to try to park your car! Speed bumps out of code and way to high, spaces are too tight, my car is constantly getting dings and scrapes from other cars due to the tightness of the spaces, lawsuits are inevitable!
