Brought in truck for new tires. Dropped off at 8:30 am I called them at 5:45 pm And work still wasn’t completed. I picked up after 6 pm took home… they barely went over what was all done but they said oh yeah we replaced your battery… never asked me….And my truck is 2 years old…. next morning my Tire pressure management system light was on my dash…every tire was at different psi’s…. Then I realized they never put valve caps on..: Oh and when they “replaced” the battery I lost the use of my viper auto start… awesome! That cost me $50 to have reprogrammed… went in to have them put valve caps on, put proper air in all four tire and to clear the error code. Took back to get it fixed after they didn’t do the job correctly … Showed up at 8 am - was told would take an hour 3.5 hrs later they told me they can’t find the tool to clear the error code. They told me to take to dealership. Awful experiences - rude employees Would not recommend…

Came here looking for some new tires for my truck. Picked some out that were priced fairly well. Upon my first visit, they ran into some issues with getting two wheels off. No big deal, I couldn’t get them off either when I tried to do my brakes. Went back to them a month later with the tires I got (and my wheel issue solved) and they hopped on it as soon as I got there. Within 2 hours they took off old tires, mounted new ones, and also performed an alignment. Instantly felt a noticeable difference in how my truck drove so I’m very happy with the work they performed. The guys in the shop are incredibly nice and cool, as well. I don’t expect you to be disappointed if you come here for work done. This is likely where I’ll be going to from now on when I need work done.

I needed an oil change on my truck last minute before heading out of town. They also replaced one of my headlights that I didn't realize was burnt out. They were able to squeeze me late on a Thursday night. Rob, Jake and Eddie (lead tech) were great. Very honest people. Allowed me to sit and wait while they got the job done. They make you feel comfortable being there. It's nice to see this place turn around since its been under new management. A high 5 stars from me.

Bought 4 new tires from them. Left the lot and 1 tire wouldn’t hold air so took it back to have them examine. They said now the rim is broken when it was fine before they worked on it. Said it was an old and corroded but yet so small they must have missed it when they put the weight on inches away from where the rim is bent and cracked. They refused to take any responsibility. I took my car to the dealership and the Service manger looked at the wheel and agreed it was a fresh crack, no rust or corrosion and was VERY noticeable. I sent pictures and the dealership paperwork to the manager and he insists it was broken before the tires went on. Have a call into corporate office with no response.
