This is all based on personal experience. We moved in when someone else owned this place and then someone else bought it. They made promises they were gunna improve the place that didn't happened. The new management/ owner is not any better than the previous one, they're super picky, they want to act like is a high end place but is not. The trash bins were almost always full, there was no parking a lot of the time and we only had 2 cars. The place was infested with cats/ roaches. The manager was rude on email and when we asked for her supervisor info she didn't want to give it to us. The pictures on the website are edited to make them look better too. They "remodel" but now want to charge like 600dlrs more. The "laundry" room was a mess, the play ground was kept locked, the basketball court didn't have any hoops. The motel across the street is super sketchy. When we moved out they charged us almost 300dlrs for "water and trash". For the price of this place you're bettee off living in a nicer apartment with a better neighborhood and better management.

I 100% agree with the Reviews on this property it's a old building with some new paint. All old Doors and cabinets being passed off as new and remodeled. Also plan on paying for water trash & sewer on top of your rent. Oh and don't forget renters insurance if you don't already have it .......new management same old values............... Do your research before considering this area Definitely not the safest part of town for the price ................INFESTED!!!!!! .....ENOUGH SAID

“Luxury apartments” old tenants put on back burner when it comes to new residents signed a lease for a “remodeled “ apartment old doors were painted over closet door mounts pulling away from frame toilet seats off center shower knob off center no screens on windows new A/C with old ducting not connected so only down stairs gets cool dishwasher installed incorrectly so any water going down the sink drains into it getting ready for a hot summer with new management with same old values in there residents

She is not so good the manager because according to her the day we had an appointment for an application she was not in the office according to her she does not understand people who speak languages like that she told me and it is very sad because one of them needs housing and she with her irresponsibility And despite this, according to her, human beings prefer pure people who speak English today not alone tomorrow for many families who do not speak English at all because many people speak Spanish Ho their language of origin
