I have been to Rendezvous many times and always had good food and good service. But the last time I was in there, I went with another couple. Got my usual small pizza. I start to eat it and I discovered there was a hair on top of the pizza. I called the owner over ( Charlotte) and showed her and her comment was “ That is not my problem “. The couple I was with and myself could not believe what she had said. She didn’t say we are very sorry, Nothing……. Another waitress came over and said they were very sorry and I would not have to pay for my pizza. It will be a long time before I return to have a meal there. Hoping for improvements!!!
