Wanted to give these people a shot as an adult since i had lived in one of their properties when i was young with my parents and really liked it. But they completely ignored my application i would call them to check on the status and they would give me no answer just saying they didnt have an update. When i placed the application back in march 2022 they stated it would be first come first serve and that there were currently no applications put in so my husband and i would be the first. I called back several times and got no updates on my application. Well that apartment was rented to someone else two months later and then they told me another was available in may and that i was still being considered for it but i never got a call back. And i just gave up and i feel like my husband and i were robbed the application fee without actually ever being considered this is ridiculous. Would give 0 stars.
