It's my only option within 25 miles so I have to use them for convenience but that's about to change. Time and time again I put in prescriptions for refill and I never hear anything for days on end and then I go and pick them up and they're half ready or they're not ready and they had to order them but they didn't notify me. Multiple times now I've gone days without medication because they failed to fill in a timely manner today is another one of those days. I requested my prescription refill Wednesday of last week went in Friday to pick it up and was told that one of my prescription was out of stock and I wouldn't be able to get it until Monday the 19th which is today after 3:00. I went in at 4:15 to get my medications and they still didn't have a delivery from meridian that contained my medication. No promises were made but they told me they do what they could to get my medication to me from meridian and a timely manner and they would notify me when they would. The first time I almost left this pharmacy it was because of staffing issues customer service and just the general feel of the establishment. Since then the staffing issues and the customer service has improved but the medications are still lacking stock several times they haven't had what I needed and I've had to go elsewhere or I've had to wait days on end. Today will be the second day in a row I've gone without a medication that I need because they make promises they can't keep. They won't let me refill unless I've got between four and six days of medications left depending on which medication it is but then takes between 5 to 7 sometimes 7 to 10 business days for me to get my medications.

I love my medicap. They make sure I know everything important about my meds. Because of covid19 I am unable to go pick up my meds n they bring it to me every time. U call n customer service is the best. They let u know when it is ready. They r the best. Thank you for being there for us

Love love LOVE this pharmacy! They are so on top of everything. Pre authorizations, making sure you know how much it is before you get there, and helping you find a way to afford it best. So personable and kind as well.

I love this pharmacy! The pharmacist are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They always take time to explain things to me. I highly recommend them. Great customer service!
