Needed a new windshield. I made an appointment at Safelite. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. When they replaced the windshield they removed all stickers from the glass and put them back on the new glass. They got the work done as promised but damaged a piece of molding in the process. They ordered the molding and came to my home to replace it once it arrived.

Apparently it is not their fault that the glue that they used was defective they implied that was some how the manufacturers fault and basically tried to tell me they were doing me a favor
