Quite literally the biggest disaster I’ve ever witnessed. No sense of organization or rules put in place. Every worker was grouped up laughing with kids their age while small children were being jumped on by older kids. Maybe hire people older than 16-18 who don’t treat work as a social event? The ball pit had kids buried in it while a girl just stood and talked with friends. No regard to the parents stepping on kids necks in the pit. It used to be one kid at a time on each row, now every child came out crying. The worker was half asleep leaning up next to the pole while others were yelling to tell her to control some part of the area. Disgusting floors and timid workers who have no place working with children. Never again

Urban air is a lot of fun, especial for the kids. We drop our kids off and then go shopping in the mall while our kids are having fun. Prices are kind of expensive for one day admissions, But their membership pass are totally worth it. the most expensive membership is $13 or $14 for each kid for a whole month, the cheapest is $6 to $7 for a month. Birthdays party's are not really worth it. Best way to go is month membership.

It's a neat place for kids, there are a lot of fun activities. I went on a Saturday that appeared to have multiple birthday parties going on. It was very crowded, there were not enough areas for parents to sit down. I paid $70 for two ultimate passes. What a mess this place is. There is no one in charge. Kids laying in the ball pit make it difficult for others to do the obstacle course, more kids laying on the trampolines or in the foam pit, cutting in line. We stayed about 3 hours and never got a chance to play dodgeball since there didn't seem to be any rules and the same group of boys wouldn't give anyone else a turn. The place should be separated into two groups. One side for little kids and another for the older kids. It's also too expensive and I wouldn't come back on that point alone.

I’ve been taking my daughter here for years, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff here work tirelessly to help create positive experiences for the kids, even when it is hectic. I’ve watched the staff be kind and attentive with my daughter, specifically, a staff member named Jayden personally guided my daughter through the ropes course today in an exemplary demonstration of going above and beyond for the kids. Give this place a try!

The cost differs depending on what all the family would like to do at the park, but the passes are: Ultimate 27.99 each Deluxe 22.99 each 5 and under 11.99 each Each person participating will also need a pair of Urban Air socks at 3.49 a pair.
Depends on the package you get - the Ultimate includes all the park features and is around $25 each kid regardless of age. Of you get a monthly subscription (if you know you'll take them there a lot for a year) it's more like $15 per kid per month for the Ultimate.
Amber is right except for if you do the 1399 a month thing you have to commit for a year
Birthdays are pretty expensive cost around $200 and you can only have limit amount of people attending the birthday party and I think it come with 2 large free pizza's
No, the tables in the common areas are first come first serve.
That was a terrible answer William... Jennifer, if I was you I would get a year package because then it's only 15 bucks a month for the kiddos and like 8 for adults. Otherwise it costs at the very least 25 a person...
I believe the weight limitation is approximately 300 lbs but some of the harnesses for the belay units are not big enough of you are over 6 foot tall.
Depends on what you want to do. $12 to $27 each
The best thing to do is buy a membership. It costs me $15 a month for the package that I would pay $26 for.
You can see their 3 ticket types on their website. They are Basic (trampolines only) for $12.99, Deluxe for $19.99, and Ultimate for $26.99. You can add a single VR game to Basic or Deluxe for $5.99 (Ultimate includes unlimited VR). Kids 5 and under are $9.99. Their attractions are based on height, not age. A parent is $5.99 and has access to the same attractions as their kids' ticket. Socks are $2.50 and no personal socks are allowed.
My youngest is 4 and he has a great time. He would have enjoyed it when he was 3. Younger would depend on how adventurous your child is.
Yes you can.
We have 3 different attractions that have height limits! Rock Wall you must be 41 inches and Sky Coaster and Ropes course you must be 48 inches!
Varies from $6 to $27. Prices are on the website.
