Horrible service, they wont even acknowledged you when you walk in.. I went 2 times in a row to just get a beard line up. Very easy and quick. Went in the first time sat there for 45- an hour. No one said anything to me so I left came back a week later and same thing happened. You’ll be better off going outside of forest park Really unprofessional place

Horrible service, they wont even acknowledged you when you come in and say hello. Visiting from out of town and received no customer service at all. Sat in the waiting chair for 45 minutes while barbers took brakes and gossiped. I am leaving to try the next barbershop. Lucky for me time is on my side and I am enjoying a small vacation. It seems if your not local your not going to get any decent service from this barbershop.

Contacted the salon this morning to see if I could get an appointment today. Spoke to Shawnie (sp) and was told she could get me in at 2:00. Drove to the salon at 2 and she asked if i could come back in an hour and I said yes. Since I had driven there once I decided to call before going back. When I called back at 3 she said she had one person in her chair, another person waiting so she wouldn't be able to get to me today. Really!!! That would have been helpful to know either when i first called or a 2:00 when I was there in person. Totally wasted my time when I could have made an appointment somewhere else. This would have been my first time but Ill be crossing them off my list ( My son had been to her once before to get his hair braided (she was in a hurry to leave and it showed)

The worst service. I was in the chair for over an hour while the barber was buying things from a traveling seller. He stopped in the middle of my cut and was gone for 15 minutes. When he was finished it looked virtually nothing like the picture I showed him. 2nd chair from the front door. I'll never go there again.
