Staff at this location are not professional. The first representative I spoke with in the morning about an insurance rental would not take the time to explain why a signed rental agreement was not binding, and when I tried to ask questions, and stated the dates that I had on the signed agreement didn't match what I was being told, he said "that's great, but we are going to charge your card" without providing any explanation as to why when I picked the car up I was told I could have the vehicle for 16 days, but now I am being charged for every day past 10 days. Further the representative stated "my screen doesn't match what your telling me", and when I asked them to look up the confirmation number I had they stated "it doesn't matter because they have my information already." The representative then hung up on me while I was looking through the rental agreement to provide them with more information that Enterprise gave me when I picked the car up. I called back and a gentleman named "Steve" answered the call. He immediately gave me information that cleared up my confusion, but when I tried to tell him about his co-workers conduct he dismissed the complaint, and stated that the co-worker "was not rude or unprofessional." I recommend taking your business to a different company, or at least to a different location if you want to be treated like a valued customer. I personally will not use this location again.
