The Panda Express in Sausalito is located in a convenient location off the 101 freeway. This location feels clean and new. However, important for me was the food. While visiting this location, i was highly disappointed by the lack of dish availability. I never been to a Panda and observed simple dishes such as Chow Mein, Rice, and Teriyaki Chicken unavailable. As i inquired about the dishes, the counter service person responded in a uncaring manner. My negative experience snowballed into other aspects of the restaurant, but important for me was the lack of food availability.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with a group. Service was friendly and the food was very fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and the outdoor seating area was really nice. The shade above made it the perfect temperature.

RUBY was super rude and did not demonstrate Excellent customer service or even decent customer service at all. She was rushing and when I asked her if they were currently out of chow main she said I just told you you need to wait 4 minutes. Then I asked her if there’s Hot sauce she said no, there’s soy sauce in your bag then slammed the drive thru window. I am very disappointed everyone here has always been nice before. I understand it is busy as I’ve worked in restaurants for over 8+ years, but the way she handled it was unacceptable.
