⚠️ I normally ignore reviews with billing issues but I beg of you do not ignore this one. ⚠️ I was charged for 3 nights when we stayed one night, I spent hours on the phone with them trying to get them to refund the extra nights and they finally refunded one night not the whole amount. It's been a nightmare, I was told on the phone by the Hilton dispute representative that this hotel has a lot of problems. I sent pictures of my checking account to show the extra charges and my receipt from booking. I'm a Hilton rewards member who spends almost every night at a hotel and have never had an issue like this. Absolutely do not trust this hotel with your card information! You might think you'll be fine and are doing everything right but they will take your money and not give it back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I will say the overall price was fair. Would rate as a 3.5 stars. The best part of this experience was the included breakfast! The food was simple, yet delicious, and the 24-hr coffee service was also really nice! Was hoping for the same breakfast after the first morning, but they changed it up. The second breakfast wasn’t bad but I liked the previous morning better. As far as the room itself, it wasn’t the most impressive. It felt clean but worn down and old. The chair in my room had a stain on it and wasn’t that comfortable, the shower was creaky when in use, the water pressure was not great and neither were the settings on the shower head. All-in-all, everything still functioned as it should have, but could use some improvements.

Unless you know to use the parking ramp you must enter a lobby and go up on the elevator to the lobby. Door opened, homeless person on the elevator. Didnt feel safe. Really nice rooms, modern, clean. Breakfast was well below Hampton standard. If you don't like sauage with sausage gravy there was no other hot food.
