I get foodstamps, I never shop here, and decided I would after shopping for an instacart order. I really liked the selection. Well, one of the items I got wasn't covered by EBT. I didn't realize I had picked something not covered. Maybe the energy drink I got. When I had a remaining balence, I couldn't pay for it. I didn't have money outside of my EBT card. I insisted the cashier cancel the order or just please take off the item I couldn't pay for, and wasn't covered. The cashier kept saying she couldn't and didn't know what item it was. Mind you I only got 8 items. The manager came over and said it wasn't a problem with the items, it was the computer, and I just kept insisting that "this is embarrassing please just cancel the order so I can leave". Another customer shelled over $3 to cover what I couldn't pay for. I never have any troubles buying energy drinks or buying anything at all on my EBT. I don't know why she couldn't just cash out the $3 balence so I could please eat my food. I ended up crying in my car not even wanting my food. It was so embarrassing. I didn't expect such troubles just getting lunch, snacks, and drinks for the day.

Handling raw food, especially chicken, is a serious health risk. The company has poor employee retention, let alone proper training and certification which is required in any place that handles raw food. I will not be buying rotisserie chicken from them ever again

August 25, I bought Roasted chicken from Montgomery location. I was shocked and disgusted to find out, the chicken was not cleaned, still had feces,and intestines. The contamination potential is sickening . I got sick to my stomach, vomiting and had diarrhea for couple days. I couldn’t believe in a upscale area this could’ve happened. I think it’s an Emergency situation . They need to act before others get sick . Sophia

No, I work in retail and most stores don't have enough employees to get to the phones when there are actual physical shoppers in the store

How extremely rude is this answer to Linda's question. I just called about a problem because I became intensely ill after eating something I purchased there this afternoon and did not receive any kind of helpful response. I thought I had found a store I could trust. I'm very disappointed.
