Accidentally turned around in their lot due to medical concern. Mature lady immediately outside yelling......While I'm sure most see and obey the sign, it was a simple mistake, and I'm sure they could be a little nicer about it. Have always followed their signs after living in this area for 12 yrs. I'll be sure never to enter their lot to purchase anything or God forbid have an emergency near their lot again PERIOD.

No we do not. What are you utilizing it for? Getting rid of congestion, topical purposes? We are always looking to educate ourselves.
That is going to depend on the amount of fruit you decide to put in, for your own tastes. The B.O.B is able to be tailored to personal taste. We have ketogenic folks who do a version, as well as low carb lifestyles.
