We went here because we had a coupon for pizza only to be told that they won't accept it because they are under new ownership. Pretty shady of the new owner not to accept it. Pizza looked good but we won't be back to find out. 2 stars because did get ice cream and it was good.

I had a cheesesteak and it was average at best. Very dry and tough. I also had a strawberry cheesecake shake and that was great. I haven't tried the pizza and am not sure if I should. I live in Middletown so its a quite a drive. Maybe one day before the end of 2022 I will try the pizza.

Ive always gotten what weve ordered and been very satisfied. Theres been a wait before, but worth it.
All Germantown phones have been out of order for some time
They usually have multiple registers open. And the pizza is worth it. What time did you order it? Because of it was during prime time you should have expected a line anyways, it's stupid to write off an entire restaurant because of one mediocre experience. Give it another shot, go in there and dine in. Enjoy the cool decorations they have, it's all part of what makes up the place.
