The compassion they have for you and your pet is wonderful, this is not the first time they have taken our pet (our babies) asap, they explain EVERYTHING that's going on and what's needed to be done, they are a blessing , they actually treat you like your animal matters. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Our Bassy went to the rainbow bridge , they made him and my husband and I comfortable, they showed compassion and caring was so gentle with him, Let us stay in the room as long as we wanted, they took care of everything from the cremation to the pick up, thank you all, your Angels for animals

Instead of waiting outside while my pet was having her appointment during Covid, they made us all drop off our pets at a certain time and call for us to pick them up. I dropped her off at about 9 AM, and expected to come back in a few hours. I didn't get a call until 4 PM. When she wasn't getting her check-up, they had her in her carrier the entire time, and the poor thing wet herself and had to sit in it. It makes no sense to have someone's pet there for so long. Not only do we have to drive home, drive back, then drive home again, but they wouldn't have to hold the animals there. Although it's not like they're caring for them while they're there, anyway.

Call to get confirmation about that . Certainly would be a good idea to consider that as a point of study and questioning .(pet insurance ) your understanding of care credit may be different than mine .please share the details so the question CAN be answered accurately

Yes just call and ask. Prices are lower than any vet in the area. The staff is wonderful, very compassionate and loving to all the animals.
