We were with a party of 4 to do a wine tasting. When the male host asked if we had reservations we said we were here for a wine tasting. He commented”Oh, only a wine tasting. You will have to go to the counter”. As we stepped up to the counter a lady gave us the wine selection and explained a few that were hand written onto the card. We made our selections as she gave each of us a glass. We slid our cards forward so she knew we were ready. We waited 10 minutes and no one tried to serve us. We watched as the host and server went behind the wall. When they came back out the server stood with her back to us and the host looked down at his reservation book. No one could make eye contact. We decided to leave since just wine tasting isn’t worth the business. We looked at both of them as we left and they didn’t even look up with concern as we were leaving. Very unprofessional! I hope the Nebraska Winery Association takes them off the list. They don’t want to promote the wine!

Not what I expected...more like a restaurant in the middle of town. Good service, delicious wine tasting. Recommend it but not for the ambience.

Friendly service. Yummy food..homestyle. We had the pot roast and pork chops. Cool ambiance. And great wine...we especially enjoyed the Marquette red.

A group of 9 of us went to the winery last night for supper. Everything was absolutely delicious!! After personally having issues post COVID with everything tasting and smelling rotten for the past month it is a challenge to go to any restaurant. Our table got 5 different wines and I finally found Foxtail was the only one I could drink, which really was hard because I normally love several of their wines! Salmon is the only “meat” I can eat and everything that came with it was amazing!!! As for salads, I have yet to have found any dressings I can tolerate eating….until last night! I took a chance with the house-made blueberry balsamic dressing and it was AMAZING!!! Our whole table was very happy with the meal and service!! Thank you to Prairie Creek’s Chef and Staff for a great night!! ❤️
