I have been here for 14 years not much out here and the walls and bottom of the pool is cranked and the basketball court is always covered with bees and wasp.

Never actually stay here but when we called about staying for a long term we were inform there was a waiting list , but that the list goes out the door the second a family member or close friend of a current camper contact the owners. They seem nice but what the point of a list if it's just who u know that gets you in

Place is a real dump, especially for the price. Worst part is they don't allow tents, there is a big missed revenue that doesn't use much electricity.

There roads needs fixed ruts everywhere. The pool is not opened up till late in the afternoon. They have hardly anything to do there. They have a pond to go fishing.Only able to fish but tons of seaweed.
