Chris Lewis went above and beyond to help me and check in on where and how I would get my return. Long story short, they just gained a loyal customer for as long as I’m woodworking. I saw a poor review from another truck driver. This is not nearly as bad as it sounds. Any driver with experience can get here. They started unloading before I got back to the cab. Friendly people at the dock.

I really don't understand the bad reviews for Oneida. Their products are great and every time I have to get in touch with them, they're friendly and helpful. I just got off the phone with Oneida because I was trying to track down some replacement parts for my older cyclone system. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and gave me several different options for accomplishing what I needed. I wish Oneida was cheaper, but quality is always more expensive. That's just life.
