The cookies were adorable and the staff in the Englewood, NJ location were very helpful. I did order for hand-delivery and they ended up going via Fedex. So they arrived a day later than I had requested. But the owner promptly refunded me the shipping cost, and the recipients loved the gift.

Although I understand that when you ship cookies, the business needs to secure the cookies in packaging, the way that the cookies arrived was not acceptable. The cookies were shrink-wrapped into a small cluster and tossed into a basket. The decorated cookie was placed on a stick in the middle of the basket just standing there amidst the vastness of the empty basket. I sent this as a gift and was embarrassed when I went to visit and saw the "basket." I would strongly suggest that the company find a way to arrange the cookies so that they can be "designed" and then wrapped before shipping. This is Cookies by Design - not Cookies in a Pile.

Yes they do there is a delivery charge but everything is so worth it... you can place the order online and get prices and availability
