I stop in here occasionally and almost never see the same person at the register twice. Which is not a big deal but it also seems like about 50% of them have no clue about any of the deals they have, like two donuts and coffee for $2.99. The register should just be programmed to give it to you automatically if they're not going to train the help something so basic.

Staff is rudest I have ever encountered. Went in for two milkshakes and an older female was throwing f-bombs the ENTIRE time she was making the milkshakes and another male employee said "take your anger out on the milkshakes". We could hear all this from behind the counter. On top of that the same male employee was talking to another and she "have you ever watched the movie Waiting?". We were not being rude or mean at all to staff. All we did was ask for milkshakes. Will not be going back. Worst experience ever and she didn't even try to make the milkshakes, they were disgusting. So disappointed.

UPSTATE NY CANALS

Long line but somewhat quick. Other Byrne's are worst. Although for some reason most other gas station s are not as bad. Product was fine. Ok prices. Nice staff.

Today was my first time visiting this place and it was phenomenal, Alexa at the deli is one of the kindest sweetest people I’ve ever met and I appreciated the real human experience. Thank you Alexa!
