If I could give negative stars…I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever received! We were treated badly simply because we had allergy restrictions and needed no mayonnaise on our burger….10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I came here recently the other day. I believe I got sick from this place as in food poisoning. I'm not surprised considering it's located right by a gas station and I've heard some gas stations can be sketchy (not saying all gas stations are sketchy). Famous burger I got tasted like cardboard and the fries were too salty! Never coming here again!! 😡😑

This is no Carl's Jr, this place of garbage has terrible employee that don't know how to cook, the food is terrible and will get you sick, and there are insects everywhere. Simple example of the food industry gone wrong

The worst experience in fast food I’ve ever had. I am a good service worker myself I understand it can be stressful sometimes but there is no reason for them to be so rude. Went threw the drive threw, the girl helping us was extremely rude right away, got our order wrong, and even yelled at us at one point. Completely unprofessional.

Questions & Answers

This establishment needs to have more clear work hours available to customers. Google says 11 but that's only on fridays. They keep all lights on and stop serving around 8pm.

Even on Friday they close by 9:00pm I've complained but it's not owned by Carl's jr and customer sucks.

This place is Definitely not open till 11 PM. We went before 10:00 and they said everything was already put up!

It depends on how slow or busy they are, if they are super super slow; then they will close early.

Yah we go thru the drive thru about every other week. But, My question, why is the shake machine down again, 2nd Friday night in a row . Gal at window said they're out of ice cream!

We only get paid to clean up the resturant till 11:30pm, so we shut down the shake machine at 8pm so we can take it apart, clean it and put it back together again and still clean the rest of the resturant by 11:30 and still cook at the same time for drive thru. :)

lot of people say they have good food but I went there several times and every time I show up their food is cold the lady at the drive-thru is very rudeevery
